Compared to Best Donuts, I can now confirm that Dainty Donuts is better. Their fruit-flavored glazed donuts are fantastic and they have better donut holes, too.
A wonderful family took over the previous donut shop..this new shop, Dainty Donuts, makes delicious donuts, and some new types of donuts.. the ones with bacon are particularly delicious! My partner is a filled donut fanatic, and we dome here at least twice a week. He gets filled, I get plain old fashioned and the bacon ones. ALWAYS FRESH, and recipes taste like Great Donuts, the previous shop. Thank goodness we still have a wonderful family owned donut shop!! 5 Stars !!
I come here at least once a month to grab a dozen donuts for the office. You get to pick which donuts you want in the dozen, but some may cost more (like blueberry flavor, etc.) so just ask which are included before you start choosing. They are always very friendly and patient, and the donuts are always a big hit. Love this place!
Great donuts and quick service. I discovered them at the Yelp Paints the Town Red Event in early 2024. Not as sweet as Krispy Kreme

The service is welcoming every time. So many to choose from! Usually grab an assortment to bring to work. Love how fluffy and tasty every single one we've tried here. Even their mochi donuts are really good. Texture and everything! This is a favorite in the area!
I needed a little sugar this morning so decided to check out this donut shop in San Ramon. I'm sure they get a lot of customers from all the Teslas charging lol. When I walked in, immediately my eyes got drawn to the huge donut in the casing. But of course being the responsible adult that I am, decided not to but put a memo down that I will be back for that bad boy! (Peep the pic). I went for the Ube cake and glazed raised donut. At first bite of the ube I couldn't taste anything other than it was a good bite. However, next bite was full on Ube and I was in heaven. Yummm 10/10 recommend. The raised glaze caught my eye because of how huge it is. I love me a fluffy airy donut. Unfortunately this wasn't the case as it was more on the dense side but hey that might be your thang! I would definitely come back and tell my friends to hit up this cute mom n pop donut shop. Also, need to go get that huge donut.
Wow! We were ahead of schedule our way to kids soccer and the family decided they wanted donuts and coffee. The team at Dainty Donuts helped us right away and were very friendly. My wife is very picky about her coffee but she said it was delicious. As for the donuts. I'm not sure about Dainty, but they are fluffy and amazing! What a gem! We will be back!
